Game Rai Game Ruk Episode 8 review

This is what I’m talking about!

Today’s episode finally stopped dragging and brought some action to our TV/ computer screens.  I predict the next episodes to come to be as exciting as this one, and finally we’ll get to see some kiss, slaps and  jealousy.

Let’s start by going through some important information first:

Saichon/ Charles (I’m going to call him Charles from now on because it’s just easier for me to remember) moves next door to Fah, but he doesn’t know that his new neighbor is Fah. He goes all stalker on them and starts to spy on them with his telescope. I found this part to be a little weird, and by a little I mean a lot. I’m excited that Charles and Fah are neighbors because they will be closer to one another, but I don’t know how I feel about him spying on her with a telescope.

The reunion between Fah and Charles was everything I expected and more. They literary run into each other. When Charles sees her he can’t believe his eyes. Now he knows that the woman in front of him is not a hallucination but  his beloved wife. At first he is in shock. He can’t believe it. He just stands there and she runs off. But he finds her and holds tight on to her. Poor Fah doesn’t know what’s going on. All she knows is that this stranger is hugging her, and she is scare. She starts to yell, and her friend comes to her rescue. He punches Charles and they start to fight.

  (Eng subbed reunion)

The telescope scene was not the only scene that turned me off. The scene where Charles’ assistant shows him pictures of the reunion between Charles and Fah in the park was wired. Why does he have paparazzi pictures of them in the park?

Overall, I loved this episode. It was substantive and finally the reunion that we were so desperately craving for. But I’ll be honest, it hurt me how she doesn’t remember him. I know it’s not her fault, but it still hurt.
